15-minute Consultation - FREE

Intake Assessment - $200 (60 minutes)

Individual Session - $175 (50 minutes)

Shortened Individual Session - $85 (25-30 minutes)

Couples and Family Sessions - $175 (50-60 minutes)

75- and 90-minute Sessions are also available for $215 and $250, respectively.

Insurance:

I am an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with insurance companies for various reasons. However, you may request a “Superbill” from me to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. On average, clients have been reimbursed between 40-80% of the session rate. Please note, insurance companies require a diagnosis on all Superbills and a mental health diagnosis is a permanent part of a client’s medical record. To see if you are eligible for reimbursement, contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

• Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network mental health benefits? If so, what percentage of my sessions are covered?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet this year?

• Do I need preauthorization to be reimbursed for out of network mental health services? If so, what is the process for obtaining preauthorization?

• Is there a session limit for reimbursement?

• How do I submit Superbills?

Cancellation Policy:

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows will result in a fee of $100.00.

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
